You can print a sheet or sheets either with all of the barcodes, one for each vehicle you have in EZM Web, or just the barcodes you select. You can do this using the Print All and Print Selected buttons at the main vehicle control screen. (See section 3.2 Entering, Editing, and Deleting Your Vehicles for instructions on how to reach this screen):

3.4.1 Printing All Barcodes

To print a sheet or sheets with all of the barcodes, one for each vehicle you have in EZM Web, click on the Print All button. A couple of options immediately above the buttons represented by circles called Vehicle No. and VIN. will appear. These options let you select whether you want the bar codes you are printing to contain vehicle numbers or VIN numbers. Select which one you want by clicking either of the small circles.

Once you have selected either to print barcodes with vehicle numbers or VIN numbers, your sheet or sheets will print.

3.4.2 Printing Selected Barcodes

You can also print a sheet or sheets with only the barcodes for the vehicles which you choose. To do this, first locate the right-most column in the list of vehicles which is composed of checkboxes. Place a check in the box for each vehicle, by clicking in each checkbox in that column, for which you would like to print a barcode. Then click on the Print Selected button.

A couple of options immediately above the buttons represented by circles called Vehicle No. and VIN will appear. These options let you select whether you want the bar codes you are printing to contain vehicle numbers or VIN numbers. Select which one you want by clicking either of the small circles.

Once you have selected either to print barcodes with vehicle numbers or VIN numbers, your sheet or sheets will print.
